IRVINE—Congresswoman and U.S. Senate candidate Katie Porter has been exclusively endorsed by the United Auto Workers (UAW), which represents more than one million active and retired workers across virtually every sector, from manufacturing to higher education to health care. UAW, fully named International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, joins a chorus of Democrats, good government advocates, and progressive groups praising Porter’s run for the U.S. Senate.
