Wildfires & Climate Resilience

Preparing for and responding to disasters that strike California will be one of the most important roles of our next Governor. In Congress, I pushed for answers after climate-fueled disasters, like deadly wildfires. I fought to improve pay and health coverage for federal firefighters. I worked across the aisle to take on our home insurance crisis. I am proud to be endorsed by leading environmental groups like EnviroVoters and the Climate Center Action Fund, who know that I have what it takes to mitigate disasters and protect our planet. That is what leadership looks like. Not bending the knee to Donald Trump or rejecting facts and science.
